EMILY J. DAHER

Experience
Ms. Daher is an associate at STF&H. Her practice focuses on complex commercial and business litigation, consumer fraud litigation, casino and commercial collection law, and bankruptcy fraud matters. She has experience in litigating and settling business disputes, and defending clients against claims for breach of contract and fraud, including claims under New Jersey's Consumer Fraud Act. Ms. Daher also handles commercial litigation matters on appeal before the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. Prior to joining STF&H, Ms. Daher was an associate with Ballard, Spahr, Andrews & Ingersoll, in their Voorhees, New Jersey office, where her practice focused on commercial real estate development and land use, as well as environmental and construction litigation matters. Ms. Daher previously clerked for the Hon. Michael Winkelstein, Presiding Judge of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.
